What Youll Do
* Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
* Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided)
* Keep accurate records and contribute to improving customer experience
* Collaborate with a young, dynamic, and multicultural team
What Were Looking For
* French (C2) and at least B2-level English
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
* No prior experience required we will train you
* Must live in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
