In a nutshell
As a Service Delivery Manager, you support services for one or more existing MECOMS customers. In this role you will have a clear focus on maximizing customer value. You will follow up on scope, budget, quality, planning, risks and resources to ensure successful execution of the assigned support services.
You lead a dedicated team of consultants and apply Ferranti's proven project and support methodologies to deliver streamlined operations, measurable results, and high customer satisfaction.
Profile
You have:
* At least 2-3 years of
experience
as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager in an IT software environment (preferably ERP)
* Good understanding of business processes and methodologies like Agile and ITIL
* Commercial feeling
* Clear
communication
skills, capable of presenting and communicating difficult messages in a distinct and clear way and able to build consensus on different levels of the involved stakeholders
* The necessary administration skills
* Capable to dialogue with the customer and subcontractors
* Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is a major asset
