Ph3People Partner /h3 h3About the role /h3 pAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better – to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. Within our Belgian organisation, we are looking for a People Partner. This person will act as a strategic partner to leaders. The focus will be learning, capability building, and development. /p pAligned with Aon’s global People Partner job architecture, this role bridges business priorities and people strategy. You will work closely with people leaders and the People Organisation operations to build future‑ready skills, strengthen leadership capability and embed a balanced learning culture across Belgium. /p pThis role combines strategic impact with hands‑on execution, and plays a key role in enabling organisational effectiveness through people development. /p pProfessional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is essential. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 h3Strategic People Partnering /h3 ul liPartner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into learning, development and capability needs. /li liAct as a trusted People Partner, advising leaders on people development, talent growth and long‑term capability building. /li liContribute to workforce and succession discussions from a capability and skills perspective. /li /ul h3Policy Implementation Collaboration /h3 ul liWork in close partnership with People Organisation operations to ensure seamless employee experience. /li liEnsure alignment with global people policies, frameworks and governance. /li liImplement and embed global People Organisation policies, programmes and initiatives at local level. /li liSupport operational people activities in partnership with the People Organisation and people leaders, e.g. the performance cycle (goal setting and calibration support, performance improvement guidance), compensation cycle (salary review preparation, pay equity inputs, promotion/bonus recommendations), and talent acquisition (role scoping within the Global Career Framework, interview panels, offer alignment and onboarding coordination). /li liParticipate in cross‑functional people projects and initiatives within Belgium and the wider organisation. /li /ul h3Learning Capability Strategy /h3 ul liDesign and implement a local learning and development approach aligned with Aon’s global people and learning frameworks. /li liIdentify current and future skill gaps and define targeted development solutions for employees, leaders and high‑potential talent. /li liBuild clear learning pathways that support career growth, internal mobility and leadership readiness. /li /ul h3Skills and Experience /h3 ul lib5–8 years of progressive HR experience /b, Learning Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development or a comparable HR Business Partner role. /li liDemonstrated experience in organisational change, collaborator management and complex advisory work. /li liSolid knowledge of Belgian employment law and employee relations practices. /li liExperience designing and facilitating learning programmes and development interventions. /li liStrong collaborator management and influencing skills, with credibility at management level. /li liStrategic approach combined with pragmatic, hands‑on execution. /li liPassion for developing people and strengthening organisational capability. /li liFull working proficiency in Dutch, French and English. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA People Partner role with significant business exposure and visible impact within Aon Belgium. /li liThe opportunity to shape learning, leadership and capability development for the local organisation in a complex, international organisation. /li liClose collaboration with business leaders and the global People Organisation community. /li liOpportunities for professional growth within a global, purposeful organization with a clear growth path toward a senior People Organisation role. /li liFlexible working arrangements in line with Aon’s hybrid working principles. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
