Fromour office in Antwerp, you will connect daily with internal teams and cross-border customers. You solve, streamline and support, with a constant focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Youdon’tjust respond to questions, youanticipateneeds and guide solutions.
Your biggest challenge
You balance customer needs, commercial ambitions, and operational procedures in a high-speed, international environment. You take ownership, spot opportunities, and make change happen. In this role,you'renot just part of the process, you improve it.
Your role in action:
1. Be the go-to contactfor our Polish customers: solve problems, answerquestionsand follow up with professionalism and care.
2. Enhance service quality: gather feedback, flag inefficiencies, and help customers understand how we work.
3. Secure financial flow: support payment follow-up, solve invoice issues, and clarify tax topics in collaboration with our credit team.
4. Stay sharp and structured: manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting.
5. Contribute to bigger projects: such as new tools and systems, where your operational input helps us get it right the first time.

This is you
6. Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written), anyadditionallanguage is an asset
7. 5+ years in a customer-focused role within a large international organization
8. Proven experience with stakeholder communication and continuous improvement
9. Structured,accurate, and always a step ahead
10. Cool-headed under pressure, with a practical mindset
11. Comfortable working independently
12. Naturally proactive, curious, and service-oriented
