For our Brussels office, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our trusted clients in the banking sector. About the Role: You will play a central role in supporting card product strategy, performance monitoring, and transformation initiatives within a cards environment. Positioned at the intersection of business and IT, this role requires a hands-on professional capable of structuring, challenging, and driving impactful improvements. Your Mission: You will contribute to the success of card products and services by ensuring strong alignment between business needs and implementation. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring market trends, competition, and customer needs Tracking product performance ( revenues, market share, NPS, etc. ) Identifying issues and proposing product and service improvements Evaluating and challenging change requests Collaborating with squads to define and assess solutions Translating business needs into clear requirements & acceptance criteria Acting as a key interface between Business & IT stakeholders Defining business scope, target operating model, and interfaces Supporting implementation and overseeing Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) Qualifications: We are looking for: Senior Business Analyst (6 years of experience) Strong expertise in cards products, processes, and services Solid understanding of the Belgian payments ecosystem Proven ability to translate business needs into IT requirements Experience with cards-related systems and architecture Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Required Skills: Experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager Familiarity with Agile methodologies Knowledge of payment solutions such as Wero, Apple Pay Languages: English: Mandatory French or Dutch: Mandatory (at least one required) Work Setup: Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% remote Interested or know someone who could be a great fit?
