QA Specialist – Pharmaceutical Industry

We're looking for an experienced QA Systems Officer to join a dynamic Quality team based on-site in Belgium (up to 1 day remote/week).
This is a hands-on role where your expertise in deviation management and GMP compliance will directly contribute to operational excellence in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Your responsibilities
As the future new Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:
* Lead and support the management of deviations, investigations, and change controls — from initiation through to closure
* Produce high-quality investigation documentation that meets audit and inspection standards
* Perform quality oversight on GMP documentation and technical operations, with a focus on utilities systems
* Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure rigorous investigation follow-up
* Contribute to internal audits, compliance activities, and inspection readiness
* Monitor quality indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Participate in periodic quality reviews, including system reviews and utilities monitoring reports
* Provide QA support for qualification, validation, and utilities-related projects.
Your profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a QA role within a regulated pharmaceutical or GMP environment — non-negotiable
* With proven track record in deviation management, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes
* Excellent documentation and technical writing skills, particularly for investigation reports
* You are fluent in both English and French
* You are autonomous, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* A first experience with Quality Management Systems, auditing, or utilities/cleanroom environments is a strong asset.
