Job Summary: As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will analyze, design, and implement supply chain strategies and solutions for clients, helping them achieve efficiency and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
* Understand client challenges and objectives.
* Assess existing supply chain processes.
* Build strong client relationships.
Analysis and Strategy Development:
* Analyze data to identify improvement areas.
* Develop customized supply chain strategies.
* Recommend inventory, logistics, and procurement solutions.
Implementation and Optimization:
* Lead solution implementation.
* Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements.
* Train client teams on new processes.
Project Management:
* Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
* Develop and track project plans and budgets.
* Communicate status and issues to stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
* Conduct research to develop innovative solutions.
* Contribute to internal tools and methodologies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Consultant.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally internationally.
