Key Responsibilities
* Requirements Analysis & Design:
o Evaluate and translate business and technical requirements into system designs.
o Assess design benefits and trade-offs to ensure optimal solutions.
* Validation & Deployment:
o Validate design compliance and support deployment to meet requirements.
* Technical Problem-Solving:
o Use development tools to address technical and business challenges, including technology evolution, capacity management, and performance optimization.
o Perform complex incident resolution and root cause analysis.
* Innovation & Documentation:
o Propose innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services.
o Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing.
* On-Call Support:
o Participate in on-call rotations for systems under your responsibility.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)
* Linux/server management
* Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Elastic APM)

* Experience with notification services for on-call rotations (a plus)

* Administratively strong and detail-oriented
* Good English communication skills (team language)
* Dutch language skills are a plus
