Oracle SaaS P2P, O2C, R2R configuration, UAT, CRP workshops, business process mapping
The Senior Functional Lead is responsible for leading the functional workstream of Oracle SaaS ERP implementation, ensuring the successful design, configuration, testing, and deployment of modules such as Financials, SCM, or Procurement. This role requires deep domain expertise, strong client interaction skills, and experience across multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
1. Lead functional workshops (CRP, BRD, To-Be) with business stakeholders
2. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and map to Oracle Cloud functionality
Solution Design & Configuration
3. Design scalable and compliant Oracle Cloud configurations aligned to business processes
4. Configure Oracle Cloud Financials, SCM, Procurement modules based on approved designs
Functional Leadership
5. Guide junior consultants and coordinate with technical, data, and testing teams
6. Serve as the functional SME and primary contact for one or more modules
Testing & Validation
7. Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and assist in SIT/UAT execution
8. Validate configurations, reports, and workflows in Oracle Cloud
Data Migration & Integration Support
9. Collaborate with data and technical teams to define data conversion rules and test mappings
10. Assist with integration validation and business process continuity
Documentation & Training
11. Create functional design documents (FDDs), user guides, SOPs, and training materials
12. Conduct training sessions and post-go-live hypercare support
Stakeholder Management
13. Present design solutions to stakeholders and secure sign-off
14. Facilitate issue resolution and manage change requests
15. 8+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle SaaS ERP
16. Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
17. Strong knowledge in one or more of: Oracle Financials, Procurement or SCM
18. Familiarity with FBDI templates, BIP/OTBI reporting, and Oracle Security Roles
19. Excellent business process knowledge and client communication skills
20. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Supply Chain, HR, or related discipline
21. Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., Financials Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist)
22. Experience in verticals such as Manufacturing, Public Sector, BFSI, or Retail
23. Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADFdi, and Guided Learning
24. Fluent in Dutch and French is a plus
25. Able to work 2-3 days onsite at the office in Brussel
