Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is recruiting a Senior Data Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will support the client with legal, technological, and strategic services to help deliver high-quality service to citizens. You will lead high-impact, innovative projects and formalize the operational structure of Master Data Management, working closely with the clients teams to shape the future of their data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Draw the data architecture of the clients new Dossier Manager Initiative
Analyzing and defining the global data architecture framework, including security, reference data, metadata, and master data
Establish a planning/phasing approach
Includes Data Hub concept and Master Data Management in general
Agree common process for Create, Update, and Delete
Developing data models for the new system
Propose tooling and document approach & best practices enabling all solution architects to draw the data model of their applications in each cluster.
Align architecture with established Data Governance principles
Articulate the Business Benefits the approach will provide.
Support the Data Management team and Data Governance lead

Consultancy Nature of Work:
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate under our consultancy model, embedded within the clients environment. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, contribute to on-site workshops and decision forums, and drive deliverables while leveraging Keystones best practices and community support. Work location will include client premises and remote collaboration aligned with the clients policy.
