&##128640; Nexeo is looking for aSenior Business Analyst – Daily Banking (Transactions Squad) To support a strategic banking squad focused on daily banking transactions, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT, analyse issues, and drive improvements across processes and systems. Our offer Long-term assignment in a structured banking environment. Hybrid working model: 50% onsite / 50% remote. Exposure to end-to-end daily banking processes and IT systems. A role combining business analysis, stakeholder management, and process optimisation. Your role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will: &##128313; Business Analysis& Improvement Analyse issues and propose actionable improvements. Evaluate incoming change requests or projects. Identify and assess solutions with squad colleagues. Develop detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria. Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces with IT. &##128313; Stakeholder & IT Interface Act as the key interface with stakeholders. Bridge business needs with IT solutions. Prepare and coordinate Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and follow up on implementations. &##128313; Project & Implementation Support Track the implementation of changes and ensure requirements are met. Support the squad in aligning business and technical priorities. Your profile Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience. At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in banking, preferably in daily banking products and processes. Strong understanding of the link between complex business topics and IT systems. Good knowledge of technical aspects of daily banking systems (mainframe and distributed applications) is a plus. Experience in project management and Agile methodology is advantageous.
