As a Product Manager, you play a key role in shaping the direction of our AdTech platform. Starting from company objectives, you work closely with customers, the CPO, and cross-functional teams to decide what we build, why we build it, and how it creates value for both the business and our customers.

Our platform operates in a data-driven, multi-sided AdTech ecosystem, connecting different user types with distinct goals and workflows. As a Product Manager, you help navigate this complexity and turn it into clear product direction and tangible outcomes.

You work end-to-end: from discovery and prioritisation to delivery, release, and rollout. You don't stop at shipping features, you take responsibility for successful adoption and impact, ensuring that customers can fully realise the value of what is built.

The Challenge

AdTech is fast-moving, data-intensive and inherently complex. Our platform serves multiple customers - each with different incentives, metrics and workflows - within a technically sophisticated ecosystem of integrations, data pipelines and real-time decisioning.

You don't need to be an AdTech expert or an engineer, but you do need strong technical affinity, curiosity about how advertising platforms work and the ability to engage meaningfully with technical and commercial teams. Comfort with ambiguity, trade-offs, and evolving requirements is key.

What you will do

Translate company objectives into a clear, actionable product roadmap for our AdTech platform
Decide what to build by balancing customer value, commercial impact, data insights, and technical feasibility
Act as Product Owner within small, autonomous Scrum teams: owning the backlog, leading refinements and sprint planning
Guide features from idea to impact, including delivery, release, rollout and implementation
Work closely with engineering, data, integration, support, marketing and commercial teams
Engage directly with customers (e.g. advertisers, publishers, partners) to validate problems and solutions
Navigate a complex landscape with multiple user types, personas, data flows, and integrations
Bring structure to complexity and turn ideas into measurable business and customer outcomes

Who we are looking for

A seasoned Product Manager with experience in complex, data-driven or platform environments
Someone who takes full ownership and feels accountable for outcomes, not just delivery
Comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing technical and data-related trade-offs
Strong at navigating organisations and aligning diverse stakeholders
Curious, proactive, and motivated to deeply understand customers, data, and business models
Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
AdTech experience is a plus, but not a requirement—we value strong product thinking, learning ability, and ownership mindset above domain knowledge.

What success looks like

After 6 months: You have independently scoped, driven, and released your first feature in the AdTech platform, owning it from discovery through rollout.

After 12 months: You have a strong understanding of the AdTech domain and our business model, actively shape the roadmap and contribute to strategic product discussions.
