Senior Finance & Fund Officer - Your responsibilities:
* Review accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory filings (IFRS, Lux GAAP, CSSF).
* Oversee cash flows, treasury operations, subscriptions/redemptions, and investor distributions.
* Support fund launches, restructurings, and liquidations, coordinating with administrators, depositaries, auditors, and tax advisors.
* Prepare board packs and ensure governance procedures are followed.
* Contribute to process improvements and group-wide projects.
Senior Finance & Fund Officer - Your profile:
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Audit.
* 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Auditor (Private Equity) or Fund/Finance Officer in asset management, a service provider, or a Big 4 firm.
* Strong knowledge of investment accounting, equities, and regulatory compliance.
* Adaptable, versatile, operational and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills; able to work independently and in teams.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; French B2 level is sufficient.
