SKINN is looking for a Marketing Manager who leads SKINN’s marketing and communication with confidence and ownership. Someone with a strong affinity for branding, strategy and content, who helps shape and position our brand in a fast-evolving, international landscape.
You work closely with the CEO and founder, the creative director and content creators, translating SKINN’s vision and expertise into a clear, consistent and future-focused market presence. You help define SKINN’s public voice as a leading brand and strategy agency.
Your role As Marketing Manager, you lead SKINN’s marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution. You combine strategic clarity with a hands-on approach and take responsibility for impact, coherence and quality.
In practice, this means:
Defining, executing and evolving SKINN’s marketing and communication strategy
Working closely with the CEO/founder, creative director and content creators to position vision, thought leadership and expertise in the market
Owning content strategy and planning across website, social media, newsletters, presentations and other channels
Driving marketing campaigns and brand initiatives from concept to execution
Managing and optimising digital channels with a strong focus on SEO, SEA and GEO
Actively rethinking how AI reshapes marketing strategy, content creation, distribution and optimisation, and translating this into concrete workflows
Monitoring and analysing performance, turning data into insights and clear actions
Initiating and supporting events, talks and marketing initiatives
Representing SKINN through presentations, panels and events, and moderating panel discussions and conversations
Ensuring structure, continuity and quality across all marketing activities

You enjoy speaking in public and sharing insights through talks, panels and conversations
Your skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field, or equivalent experience
Several years of relevant experience in marketing or communication, preferably within a branding, agency or consultancy environment
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proven experience with content strategy, campaigns and brand communication
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA and GEO and how they reinforce each other
Experience integrating AI into marketing processes and decision-making
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic action
Comfortable working with modern digital tools, platforms and marketing technologies
