Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to French‑speaking customers, managing inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently.
* Oversee the car rental process including vehicle handover, returns, and resolving any customer concerns.
* Carry out vehicle inspections and clearly communicate rental terms and conditions to clients.
* Coordinate with the operations team to maintain fleet availability and standards.
* Stay updated on fleet changes, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
* Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
* Experience in customer service or the car rental industry is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
