As part of our department, you’ll be the go-to person for user support and client coordination. Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing first-level support to users (handling requests, resolving common issues)
2. Diagnosing technical problems related to workstations, office software, and business tools
3. Escalating complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams
4. Contributing to documentation and continuous improvement
5. Managing a portfolio of clients alongside a project engineer
6. Participating in account management meetings (needs follow-up, coordination, ticket tracking)
Profiel
7. Strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
8. Comfortable with IT tools and troubleshooting
9. Able to collaborate with internal/external teams and clients
10. Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
11. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
