In 2022, the brand expanded into beauty and fragrance with the launch of gender-fluid fragrances and refillable lipsticks. In June 2024, Dries Van Noten presented his final collection as Creative Director but continues to contribute to the brand. In December 2024, Julian Klausner was appointed Creative Director. His first women's runway collection will debut on March 5, 2025.
Mission
We are seeking an Ecommerce intern for the Dries Van Noten online store (fashion and beauty). As a key member of the digital team, you will be responsible for contributing to the website's content, driving commercial performance, and enhancing the brand experience.
Responsibilities
* Audit, validate, and organize content for each fashion collection, ensuring quality and accuracy.
* Build and manage ecommerce pages, ensuring timely releases and perfect display across all devices, reflecting the brand's standards.
* Execute weekly and monthly performance reports to track and enhance commercial performance.
* Assist the team with seasonal product descriptions and details, and build ecommerce Master files to support the backend.
* Conduct daily merchandising audits to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities across the website.
* Perform weekly website reviews to identify and resolve potential bugs and missing or incorrect information.
* Suggest improvements for both back-end and front-end website functionalities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
* Support customer service inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service.
Profile
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Proactive and autonomous in your work approach.
* Proficiency with Excel and good knowledge of office software.
* Proficiency with Photoshop.
* Previous experience with Shopify+ is a plus.
* Strong interest in the fashion and beauty industries.
* Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
* Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
* Must be currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field and maintain student status throughout the internship.
