In order to take advantage of this huge opportunity and to optimize the presentation of our products and services, the Marketing department is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist.
Your challenge:
Together with your colleagues and the management:
* You’ll define and drive the digital acquisition and growth strategy across owned media (portal/social media/app/..) and paid media for different purposes: direct acquisition, lead generation, upselling, loyalty / relationship management
* You’ll implement and adapt the strategy, roadmap and features definition according to the needs
* You’ll translate this strategy into concrete digital initiatives focused on acquisition, conversion optimisation and growth.
* You’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and turning data insights into measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion and retention.
You will be responsible for:
* Optimising the marketing presentation and conversion of the portal
* Proposing and developing innovative initiatives to improve user journeys and conversion.
* Monitoring digital performance, analysing results and translating insights into optimisation opportunities.
* Define and execute experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
* Manage digital acquisition and optimisation budgets, ensuring ROI-driven investments.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Editorial, BT, Marketing) and manage external agencies and partners.
You will work in a team of 6 colleagues and will be reporting to the Marketing Team Lead. You will be in close collaboration with Editorial and BT
Our expectations:
* Bachelor in Marketing, communications (or equivalent by experience)
* A minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, ideally within subscription, media or digital product environments.
* Strong expertise in digital acquisition, analytics and performance marketing, with proven experience in several of the following areas: Analytics tools, SEO & SEA, Social Media platforms, Conversion rate optimization, Traffic, Acquisition, Sitecore, HTML
* Experience working with CMS platforms and collaborating with editorial and technical teams.
* Experience working with analytics platforms and dashboards, with the ability to translate data insights into concrete marketing optimisations.
* A good command of English; a basic knowledge of Dutch and French (minimum A2-level).
