You will join a small digital team working on a migration project to a new warehouse management solution. The role involves close collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain, and key users.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as the global reference for warehouse management (SAP WM), ensuring local needs are aligned with harmonised global processes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, formalise, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
* Participate in the design, implementation, integration, and validation of SAP enhancements
* Manage documentation, user training, and support for local users
* Oversee incident management (level 2), change request follow-up, and application performance
* Drive change management and support the adoption of digital solutions
Profile Sought
* 5–10 years’ experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
* Proven experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and end-to-end project participation
* Experience in an international environment
* Project management and change management experience
* Ability to train and support users
* Fluent English (written and spoken), French is an asset
* Mastery of SAP WM and warehouse management processes
