We are looking for a Digital Technology Analytics Adoption Lead who is strategic, innovative, and collaborative to join us in our Digital Technology Strategy & Solutions team, based in our office in Braine l’Alleud, in Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in shaping the future of analytics at UCB. As a Digital Technology Analytics Technology Adoption Lead, you will define and promote best practices, explore innovative capabilities, and drive adoption of our analytics platforms globally. Your mission is to ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards while acting as a thought leader within the Analytics Center of Excellence.

You will work in a dynamic team that partners with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology. Collaborating with technical experts, data professionals, and business leaders, you will influence strategic decisions and foster a culture of analytics excellence throughout the organization.
What you’ll do
1. Define and evolve the technology roadmap for analytics platforms
2. Promote best practices and governance standards across all domains
3. Explore and pilot innovative features, including AI-driven capabilities
4. Act as subject matter expert for analytics architecture and strategy
5. Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery
6. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to build analytics maturity
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
7. Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or any related field
8. 5 to 8 years of experience delivering complex digital or analytics projects
9. Strong understanding of product management and agile methodologies
10. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
11. Clear communicator with fluency in English; other languages are a plus
12. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and emerging analytics technologies
