About The RoleWe are seeking a Domain Architect to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise architecture within the Selling Engineering team. This strategic role combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes in the telecom sector. Experience with Siebel CRM is highly valued, and an interest in artificial intelligence is a plus, as we explore innovative ways to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the domain architecture for CRM systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals. Lead solution design efforts across projects, acting as a technical authority and advisor. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable architectural solutions. Evaluate and integrate Siebel CRM capabilities into the broader IT landscape. Explore and propose AI-driven enhancements to CRM and customer experience strategies. Ensure architectural governance and contribute to technology roadmaps. Subject Matter Expert on Quote, Order & Product Inventory, responsible to maintain the Enterprise Information Model Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in domain architecture or solution architecture, ideally within the telecom industry. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with hands-on experience in Siebel CRM considered a significant asset. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud platforms (e.G., Azure, AWS). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of telecom-specific business processes and systems. Certifications in architecture frameworks (e.G., TOGAF) or CRM platforms. Experience with AI technologies and their application in CRM or customer experience.
