Job Description The Technical Project Manager manages all the design, integration and commissioning of technical solutions to support air traffic control. He acts as a direct interface with the customer, industrial contractors and internal experts, in order to ensure the realization of critical projects. He guarantees the delivery of technical solutions on time, at cost and within the required performance levels, in compliance with safety/security standards and the internal processes of both Egis and the customer. Main missions Manage ATM technical projects (VCS systems, radio communications, shelters, E1/IP gateways, etc.). Establish, maintain and follow the project plan: planning, budget, resources, risks, communication. Coordinate all stakeholders: customer experts, contractors, IT Infra, Safety and Change Management, Security, Facility management, ATM engineering… Ensure the technical validation of key architectures and documents: design review, safety assessment, change request, risk analysis, compliance documentation. Manage the acquisition, delivery, reception and commissioning of equipment Coordinate the procurement phases (administrative and technical requirements, call for tenders, bid analysis, negotiations), production, FAT, on-site installation, SAT, migration, final acceptance. Guarantee the quality and traceability of project documentation (permits, safety files, diagrams, technical sheets, etc.). Ensure regular reporting to Egis and the customer (progress, risks, decisions, operational points). Side Missions Contribute to technical workshops with ATM teams. Support OPS teams during operational testing. Assist, at the customer's request, in the preparation of audit, security or regulatory compliance files. Level of autonomy Good autonomy in the daily management of the technical perimeter. Decision on technicality and operations, escalation towards customer management for technical, strategic or budgetary arbitrations. Daily tasks Continuous coordination (emails, technical meetings, follow-up meetings). Updating planning / risks / actions. Follow-up of contractors' and suppliers' deliverables. Review and writing of technical documents (SDD, safety CONOPS, PV change, etc.). Preparation and follow-up of FAT/SAT/installation. Reporting (PM team, IT Dept., Program manager…). Additional missions Within the Egis team, you may: Support business development activities including the preparation of tenders Participate in the continuous improvement of Egis processes Participate to internal communication actions, such as lunchtime seminars, to share your skills and knowledge with colleagues Work on various projects along your carer, with different roles.
