Customer Support Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to our customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
* Fluent English language skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivation and organizational skills
* Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to Have:
* Any other European language skills
* Good knowledge of business processes
* Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)
