As Plant Manager, you are the heartbeat of the site. You combine strategic thinking with daily presence on the shop floor. You ensure safe operations, strong performance, and a culture where people grow and succeed.
Responsibilities
* Safety & Environment (SHE): Lead by example in safety behavior, implement improvement programs, and ensure full compliance with internal and external standards.
* Quality & Service: Guarantee timely delivery of products that meet specifications, resolve quality issues swiftly, and drive service level optimization.
* Financial Performance: Manage budgets, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and use data to identify and eliminate losses.
* People & Leadership: Foster engagement, develop talent, and build a strong communication culture across the site.
* Strategic Alignment: Ensure the plant’s direction is aligned with broader company strategy, including capex, legal, and operational governance.
Profile
* Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing in a multinational.
* Proven leadership skills and hands-on mindset.
* Experience with TPM and improvement programs is a plus
* Fluent in English, second language Dutch or French.
