As a Payroll Expert, you ensure accurate salary processing while helping to structure processes in an evolving environment. You act as a reference point within the team and contribute to the quality and reliability of HR operations in Belgium.

Your work location: Brussels
Zoom on the job: provide expertise in payroll, time management and post-payroll
monitor legal and sector developments and translate them into concrete actions
optimise payroll and timekeeping systems, testing new functionalities
propose and implement improvements within the team
create and maintain clear and structured documentation
prepare and support internal and external payroll audits
develop and share knowledge on international employment
maintain relationships with external partners such as the social secretariat and the NSSO
Profile Come as you are, ideally with: minimum 10 years of experience in payroll and strong knowledge of social legislation
expertise in SAP HR and interest in digital tools
experience in payroll processing, timekeeping and post-payroll
good command of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to detail
ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge
excellent communication skills in French and Dutch
