Mission You will lead production support activities (Grade B cleaning,material transfer, cryopreservation, sterilization) and ensure operationalcoordination in a cell therapy manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise support teams and organize daily tasks Ensure compliance with cGMP and EHS standards Manage quality documentation (SOPs, batch records, work instructions) Participate in tech transfers and process optimization Prepare for internal and external audits Lead operational meetings (Tier 1 & 2) Contribute to training and continuous improvement initiatives Profile Degree in science, bio-engineering, pharmacy or equivalent Minimum 1 year in a GMP environment 5 years managing teams of 10 people Fluent in English and Dutch Strong leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset Knowledge of EMEA regulations, Lean Manufacturing, and MES/EBR tools What We Offer A key role in the production chain of innovative therapies A dynamic and multicultural work environment A competitive salary package with numerous benefits Pay attention : It is a SHIFT System Are you interested in this role?
