Key Highlights:
We have set our sights high, with a gross savings ambition of 240 million euros and the potential to generate 700 million euros in Business Cash Flow.
You won't be in this alone. You'll lead a team of 14 dedicated professionals, including 3 direct reports, all ready to support you in achieving greatness.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Insight: Provide our Directors with top-tier strategic reporting and analysis at C-level. Your insights will be the driving force behind informed financial, operational, and investment decisions that align with our overarching strategy.
Team Development: Be the mentor, coach, and leader for our Group and Staff & Support Finance business partners. We aim for a workforce that is not only highly skilled but also agile and true to our core values.
Strategy Execution: Assist the Staff & Support Unit in the execution of their strategies. Support the strategic planning process, annual budgets, and revenue-expense tracking. This will involve establishing key performance indicators and targets to ensure the long-term profitability of the Business Unit.
Reporting Excellence: Define and implement optimal reporting processes at Group level, spanning monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles. Your attention to detail will ensure clarity, ownership, and defined roles and responsibilities.

Your profile
With over 15 years in finance, you've honed your skills in complex organizational settings. Your expertise extends to process improvement and business partnering.
Your deep knowledge of finance and accounting principles sets you apart. You have a profound understanding of finance processes, built on a foundation of diverse benchmarks. Project management, reporting, and presentation skills are your second nature.
This role reports directly to Nicolas Gaertner, providing you with a direct line to leadership and the opportunity to make a substantial impact.
