For one of our partners, we are looking for an experienced Hospital Sales Representative / Key Account Manager for Wallonia/Brussels to strengthen their commercial team for a new product launch. Experience in Ophthalmology is a big advantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and developing the product portfolio among specialized physicians and hospital pharmacists. You will build strong, long-term relationships, successfully launch new products, and ensure sustainable growth of existing brands in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, execute, and monitor strategic account plans
* Drive successful product launches and ensure continued growth of existing brands
* Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers within hospitals
* Assess customer needs and provide support for post-marketing studies
* Represent the company at national congresses and industry events
* Deliver engaging and impactful product presentations to healthcare professionals
Essential Competencies:
* Results-driven with strong entrepreneurial spirit and organizational skills

* Strong scientific background/interest
* Proactive with strategic thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
Qualifications & Experience:
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in ophthalmology is a strong advantage
* Strong understanding of hospital structures and decision-making processes
* French mother tongue and a strong proficiency in English and Dutch are required
