As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a key role in attracting and welcoming new talent to our organisation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for both white and blue collar positions. With your energy and people focus, you help strengthen our employer brand and support the growth of our teams.
In addition to recruitment, you will also bring versatility to hard HR tasks, such as payroll and administrative HR responsibilities. This multifaceted role will allow you to contribute strategically and operationally to HR efforts, providing crucial support across the organization.
You manage the entire selection process: job intake, job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, selection, offer, candidate follow‑up.
You build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, understanding workforce planning and role requirements and ensuring smooth collaboration.
You continuously optimise our recruitment processes.
You actively develop effective employer branding initiatives, such as collaborations with schools, job days and creative attraction campaigns.
You support and back-up the HR team where applicable, an interest in hard HR is a valuable asset.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a similar discipline, and you already have some hands‑on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an industrial context.
You work in a structured and accurate way, and you feel comfortable coordinating several recruitment processes at the same time.
You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with recruitment tools or platforms (e.g., You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
