We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach & Transformation Lead to drive our digital and data‐driven transformation at the intersection of IT, Data & Analytics, and Business.

In this role, you will:
* Coach and support 6 Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid) to increase maturity, autonomy, and value delivery.
* Guide Business Product Owners in value‐driven backlog management, prioritization, and stream‐aligned ways of working.
* Play a key role in a large‐scale Agile transformation, strengthening collaboration, decision‐making, and alignment between Business and IT.
* Design and implement governance models across multiple domains without undermining Agile principles.
* Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and transformation initiatives.
* Support Service Delivery and people management (±20%), ensuring stability, quality, and alignment with the strategic roadmap.
Profile
* 5+ years of experience in people management and Agile coaching in complex environments.
* Proven experience with large‐scale Agile and Business transformations.
* Strong affinity with Data & Analytics and digital ecosystems.
* Natural leader with a coaching mindset and strong communication skills. xphnsxz
