The Digital Marketing Manager - Real Estate Sector will have the following responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the French-speaking market
2. Generate qualified leads for the sales team
3. Manage communication on social media and through the French-speaking press
4. Collaborate with external partners for content creation (copywriters, press agencies, etc.)
5. Design and launch marketing events
6. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide detailed reports to optimize future initiatives
7. Contribute to the development of a mobile application in the long term
8. 5+ years of marketing experience
9. Passion for real estate
10. Proven success in lead generation and B2C sales
11. Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
12. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
13. Expertise in digital marketing, particularly SEA and SEO
14. Fluency in French and Dutch
