Job Description
We are looking for An Agile coach helps the cluster leads within Marketing & Communication in implementing the 'agile way of working' by guiding them in their development as an senior agile leader in a complex environment
* Learn the Cluster lead how to guide the teams and individuals in the implementation of the BNP Paribas Fortis agile operating model, in particular by applying usage or implementation techniques.
* Guide the Cluster lead in motivating employees to embrace the 'agile way of working', including their values and behavioural characteristics
* Educate the cluster lead to takes the lead in all aspects of change management that have to do with the required new way of thinking for the application of the methodology

* Guarantees that his/her own knowledge of the methodologies used in the entities or target groups is optimal.
* Learns the cluster leads to work as a team together with fellow cluster leads with the aim of proposing, discussing and implementing continuous improvements after evaluation
* Coach and mentor the cluster leads on agile leadership mindsets, behaviors and value-driven decision making.
* Learns how to navigate in complex stakeholder landscapes and competing priorities with political and emotional intelligence.
* Helps to manage cross-functional dependecies and conflicting interests across marketing, sales, agile impulse trives and other teams.
* Learns how to establish strong feedback loops between execution and strategic decision-makers
Requirements
Certification in one or more agile methodologies (such as scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, Safe, Less, DA, DevOPs) used in his/her field of work.
Certification in personal coaching
English Sound knowledge of English as well as (at least) one local language.
Proven experience in a complex organization for at least 15 years
