Developing, executing, rolling out an HR strategy
1. You will manage and execute operational HR responsibilities, including recruitment and selection, contracts, training and development, and organisational changes.
2. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs to ensure continuous improvement.
3. You will identify improvement areas in HR and propose innovative initiatives that align with our organisational objectives.
4. Thanks to your expertise in organisational and human capital issues, you act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the management team and employees.
5. You will develop and implement the annual HR plan to ensure it aligns seamlessly with the overall HR strategy.
6. You will make connections between business profitability, employee retention, growth, and compensation.
7. You will collaborate closely with the payroll officer to ensure smooth HR operations and you will report to the Managing Director. You are member of the Management Team.
Pragmatic and strategic partner
8. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Administration, or a related field and you have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR.
9. You have a thorough knowledge of various HR domains, including both soft and hard HR processes.
10. You enjoy taking ownership, are service-minded, self-directed, and a natural initiator.
11. You possess strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, change management, and project management. You are able to manage your priorities while maintaining a helicopter view.
12. You demonstrate excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written).
13. You exhibit a proactive mindset, initiative, and the determination to drive positive change.
