Responsibilities
As the new Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting pharmaceutical engineering projects, ensuring robust, compliant, and efficient process solutions:
* Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes in a GMP environment
* Support engineering projects from early design through execution, commissioning, and handover
* Review technical documentation to ensure alignment with quality, safety, and regulatory expectations
* Collaborate closely with cross‐functional stakeholders (engineering, quality, validation, operations)
* Follow up on on‐site activities, testing phases, and issue resolution
* Ensure processes are designed and executed according to good engineering and EHS practices
Requirements
* You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Biomedical, or equivalent)
* You have at least 6 years experience as a Process Engineer in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
* You have a solid understanding of GMP‐regulated environments
* You are able to work across project phases, from design to implementation
* With a strong analytical and problem‐solving mindset
* You are comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
* You are Fluent in both English and French.
