We are currently looking for a hands-on Interim Procurement Operations Consultant to support our procurement team and ensure the smooth administrative and operational flow of our global supply chain.
In this temporary role, you will be the operational backbone of our purchasing activities for electronic components and technical materials. You will bridge the gap between our internal systems and our suppliers, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Quality. By ensuring accurate data management, timely order processing, and proactive supplier communication, you will help maintain our operational excellence.
Manage the end-to-end administrative procurement process, including the creation, tracking, and follow-up of purchase orders (POs).
Act as the daily operational point of contact for international suppliers, ensuring clear communication regarding delivery times, quantities, and order confirmations.
Maintain and update critical procurement master data within our ERP system (e.g., Resolve invoice discrepancies and logistical issues in close collaboration with the finance and warehouse teams.
Monitor inventory levels and track delivery schedules to prevent material shortages and ensure seamless production continuity.
Support the broader procurement team with administrative tasks, reporting, and the execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent through experience).
~1to 3 years of experience in an operational procurement, supply chain administration, or order management role.
~ Solid hands-on experience with ERP systems; you know how to navigate and maintain data effectively.
~ Business fluent English (both written and spoken).
