Talent solutions are at the heart of every successful business. As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in expanding our Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program with a prestigious client in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector.
This is a unique hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in Belgium. You'll be instrumental in evolving our MSP approach from its current state to a more proactive, direct sourcing model. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with hiring managers in Belgium, acting as a bridge between their needs and our direct sourcing team.
You'll be educating them about the benefits of direct sourcing, driving a mindset shift away from pre-identified hires, and increasing the utilization of our talent pools. This role leans more towards business development, and account management than traditional admin tasks.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with hiring managers in Belgium.
* Promoting direct sourcing services to hiring managers.
* Understanding hiring managers' needs and communicating those needs to the direct sourcing team.
* Educating hiring managers about the MSP program and direct sourcing benefits.
* Driving a mindset change in hiring managers to utilize direct sourcing.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in workforce management, with a particular focus on contingent hiring. They will also have confidence in expanding our MSP presence within client departments by engaging new stakeholders and cultivating strong relationships to introduce our direct sourcing solutions.
