As a Quality & Technical Integration Expert, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex technical issues and operational feedback within your domain of expertise. You will strengthen solutions into existing or new standards, ensuring alignment and integration within the industry.
About the role
Develop engineering guidelines that ensure standards apply to both existing and new installations. Give a hand to the Purchasing team in the contractor qualification process by assessing technical capabilities and certifying the quality managers of approved contractors.
Key responsibilities
* Solve challenging technical issues and turn lessons learned into improved technical standards.
* Create clear engineering guidelines that help teams apply standards to both existing and new installations.
* Write and improve technical specifications and act as the key contact for engineers, contractors, and project teams.
* Work with Purchasing to qualify contractors, check their technical skills, and certify their quality managers.
* Develop practical processes and templates that improve the quality of studies and project execution.
* Share your expertise by giving technical support and training to colleagues.
What we're looking for
* Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering, with interest for HV systems.
* Experience in high-voltage systems is a plus.
* Strong analytical mindset and critical judgment.
* Assertive communicator able to summarize and align different expert opinions objectively.
* Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
* Perfect command of French or Dutch and good knowledge of the other; ideally also English.
