The firm’s international team of more than 450 legal experts represents Luxembourg and foreign clients in all areas of Luxembourg business law from its main office in Luxembourg and representative offices in Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, New York, and Paris. /p pOur service to clients is differentiated by the end-to-end specialist advice we offer, covering all legal, regulatory, taxation, and advisory aspects of doing business in Luxembourg. /p pOur firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity, and real estate to corporate and tax matters. /p pGiven the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: /p h3Position /h3 pExperienced Lawyer - Alternative Investment Funds /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liJoin smaller groups of legal experts lead by a Senior Associate / Counselor, within which you will advise clients during the entire life-cycle of their strategic projects; /li liAdvise a wide variety of domestic and foreign asset managers on private equity and real estate acquisitions, restructuring and financing activities; /li liWork on the structuring, setting-up and organization of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs); /li liAdvise on the most-suited investment set-up for our clients, drafting of the vehicles’ issuing- and constitutional documents (LPA, offering memorandums, articles of association), agreements with service providers (AIFM agreements, depositary agreements, portfolio management agreement, etc.) and preparing of filings with the CSSF as needed; /li liWork closely together with other Arendt practices and entities, we will support you to become trusted partner of our clients. /li liBecoming rapidly involved in the knowledge sharing. /li liOur international client base will allow you to work on diversified cases in a multicultural and dynamic environment. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou hold a university degree in law (Master 1 or 2), ideally completed by an LL.M degree in an English speaking country; /li liYou have gained at least 2 years of professional experience within the field of investment funds /li liYou are fluent in English, and ideally also French or German; /li liYou have proven listening skills and analytical rigor which enable you to gain the trust of internal and external contact persons; /li liYou are open-minded, dynamic, flexible, and capable of working in a team in an organized and independent manner. /li /ul pWithin Arendt, we uphold high standards.
