***SAP Service Delivery Manager – 6–12 Month Contract – Mechelen, Belgium (Hybrid)***
RED is currently looking for an SAP Service Delivery Manager to join one of our global clients on an initial 6–12 month contract with possible extension.

* Start date: ASAP
* Location: Mechelen, Belgium (2–3 days onsite / hybrid)
* Duration: 6–12 months + extension
* Languages: English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
Responsibilities:
• Manage SAP support operations including incidents, changes, and problem management
• Oversee ticket handling and coordinate with AMS partners
• Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
• Drive improvements across ITSM and AMS processes
• Support BAU (Business As Usual) operations and service desk activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in Service Delivery / IT Operations
• Strong experience managing tickets, incidents, and AMS providers
• Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• Proven vendor management and contract negotiation experience
• Service desk / BAU operations experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory
