* Analyze user requirements and deliver tailored solutions, including system enhancements and custom reports.
* Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Report Builder and SQL.
* Support and optimize Oracle applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and data integrity.
* Administer and maintain Oracle and SQL databases, including basic troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
* Collaborate with business users (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to improve system utilization and efficiency.
* Act as a key point of contact for ERP-related issues, enhancements, and user support.
* Support Microsoft Office tools and general IT-related user requests when required.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP support, development, or related roles.
