Title: IT Legal Tech Expert
Location: Remote in Belgium with biweekly office presence
Our client is a global biotech company based in Belgium that pride themselves on an exciting innovative environment that will ensure continuous company growth. They are currently looking for an IT Legal Tech Expert to join their team.
This is a high-impact role for someone with deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in legal contract management systems. You’ll lead the technical setup, integration, and optimization of a new CLM platform—working closely with the legal team to ensure seamless adoption and performance.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead the technical implementation of a new CLM system.
* Integrate the platform with existing enterprise systems and workflows.
* Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
* Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize system performance throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong technical background in Legal IT systems implementation, ideally within the life sciences industry.
* Hands-on experience with CLM or LCMS platforms such as iCertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), CobbleStone Contract Insight, or Zycus iContract.
* Proven ability to lead system integrations and manage vendor relationships.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to “get in the weeds” with technical challenges.
