Pharmaceutical Key Account Manager
C&C life Sciences is partnered with a Belgium-based pharmaceutical company that is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to drive the growth of its anti-infectives portfolio across hospital accounts in Flanders.
The company is an established international pharmaceutical player.
As part of its continued growth, they are seeking a talented and dynamic professional to strengthen their commercial team.
Key Account Manager Anti-Infectives
Territory: Flanders
The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of hospital accounts across your territory to maximise opportunities for the company's anti-infectives products.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning
- Develop and implement a territory business plan
- Identify and prioritise hospital accounts
- Analyse performance and implement corrective actions
- Identify growth opportunities and risks
Scientific & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide scientific and medical information to key stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Organise and support meetings, events, and congress participation
Reporting
- Maintain and analyse territory data
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal processes
Scientific Expertise
- Maintain knowledge of products, indications, and competitive landscape
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- Experience in hospital sales or key account management
- Experience in infectious diseases or microbiology is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, structured, and commercially driven
- Fluent in Dutch
- Based in Flanders or Brussels preferred
