We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join a high-profile data centre construction project in Belgium.
This is a key role on a complex mission-critical site, supporting the coordination and execution of all logistical activities required to ensure efficient site operations.
You'll be joining a dedicated project team delivering a hyperscale facility as part of a growing portfolio across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the logistics strategy for the project in alignment with construction sequencing and program milestones.
* Manage site traffic, delivery schedules, laydown areas, and material movements across all phases of the project.
* Coordinate with construction, safety, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure safe and efficient logistics practices.
* Maintain and monitor logistics KPIs, reporting progress and identifying any risks or bottlenecks.
* Oversee waste removal, storage solutions, and on-site distribution of materials and equipment.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, freight handlers, and third-party logistics providers.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, site safety procedures, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments.
* Strong knowledge of construction site logistics, supply chain coordination, and safety best practices.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with multiple moving parts.
* Fluent in English and level of French language
