Our goal is ultimately to build a network of mobility hubs throughout cities in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Your mission :

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead, structure, and scale our commercial organisation across the BELUX market. You will be responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and supporting our expansion in a rapidly evolving mobility landscape.

As Head of Sales, your role is both strategic and operational: you will coach and manage our sales teams (BDRs, AEs, KAMs), build robust processes, and ensure that BePark continues to position itself as a trusted partner for corporates, landlords, and mobility stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and manage the efforts of the entire sales team to maximize performance.
2. Define, articulate, and implement the organisation’s sales strategy for parking solutions.
3. Strategically plan and launch new services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Develop forecasts and strategies to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.

Requirements

5. Proven sales and management experience, ideally within SaaS, mobility, or tech sectors.
6. Fluent in Dutch and French (English is a plus but not mandatory).
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong listening and analytical abilities to quickly understand client needs and tailor solutions.
9. Highly organized and rigorous, with excellent time management skills.
10. Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to learn and grow.
