As a Finance Manager, you will be part of the Finance Business Partnering function on behalf of EMEA & UKI SL Finance, providing timely, accurate and complete information and support to Service Logistics, its Account Managers and its customers. You ensure strong financial performance across a wide range of service offerings and support the order-to-cash process, being accountable for cash and DSO targets. You will preferably be based in Diegem (Brussels), Budapest or the UK.

What You Will Do
Business Partnering
* Provide financial and commercial support to Account Managers to drive profitable growth across customers.
* Play a key role in business opportunities, renewals, and governance processes.
* Deliver insights based on business, industry and economic context to influence commercial decisions.
* Ensure high-quality and respectful customer interaction, delivering innovative solutions while maintaining SL standards.
* Support Account Management in start-ups and renewals, including BCA input and review.
* Provide detailed account insights for reporting and planning.
* Challenge account performance and manage areas of opportunity and risk.
* Drive healthy financial performance of customers and maintain strong relationships across the EMEA & UKI network.
* In cooperation with Continuous Improvement, identify opportunities to reduce disputes and standardize processes.
* Develop, implement and maintain fit-for-purpose business continuity plans.
Order to Cash
* Support the delivery of DSO and cash improvement targets across EMEA & UKI.
* Act as escalation point with account managers for credit and collection issues.
* Optimize working capital levels and ensure business and customers meet contractual requirements.
* Support projects within your portfolio aimed at business improvement.
Who You Are
You are analytically strong, customer-oriented and thrive in a complex international environment.
* Strong knowledge of Service Logistics or other DHL divisions is a plus
* You are fluent in English; any additional language is considered a strong asset
* 3–5 years in a finance environment (preferred)
* 3–5 years in customer relationship management (preferred)
Based in Belgium, Budapest or the UK; willing to travel regionally up to 25% (global- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent knowledge in Finance/Accounting
* Customer-facing experience and strong relationship-building skills
* Technical skills: Billing knowledge, Management reporting, MS Office, Oracle IT system
