About the Role
ITS Group is supporting a major Asset Management client within the Globe Program and is responding to two RFPs for the same Global Operations Reporting team.
We are therefore looking for Performance Attribution Specialists to support BAU (Business As Usual) activities and reporting transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely production of performance attribution reports
Standardize production where possible and support the transfer to the Reporting Factory
Follow up and oversee the standard reporting production performed by the Reporting Factory (schedule, controls, quality)
Act as the internal point of contact for performance attribution reports
Monitor portfolio performance for assigned investment centers on a recurrent basis
Identify performance discrepancies between similar portfolios
Produce performance attribution analyses explaining the impact of investment decisions
Calculate specific portfolio characteristics for complex portfolios (credit spread, duration, exposure)
Provide value-added analysis linking risk areas to sources of outperformance
Apply the defined control framework to ensure high-quality reporting
Coordinate with reporting teams and other stakeholders to implement new attributions or enhancements
Support the Reporting Factory in issue resolution
Proactively contribute to the resolution of pending issues to avoid operational blocking
Escalate critical issues to the team head when required
Log recurring issues and work jointly with data teams on long-term fixes
Communicate operational risks and efficiency impacts to management
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of financial products and transaction processing workflows
Solid experience in performance attribution / performance reporting
Excellent command of English
Other languages (French or Dutch) are a plus
Good knowledge of standard IT tools and reporting applications
Programming skills are considered a plus
Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a quality-driven approach
