🚀 What you’ll be driving
* Leading people transformation initiatives across the BeNeLux region
* Acting as a strategic and operational partner to local HRBP leadership
* Owning and managing the Works Council agenda, including negotiations linked to organizational change
* Handling complex employee relations cases with high rigor and compliance
* Ensuring full alignment with local labor legislation and internal HR policies
* Collaborating with global HR teams (COEs, Legal, HR Operations) in a matrix organization
🎯 What makes you a strong fit
* 7+ years of experience in HRBP / HR leadership roles within global, fast-paced environments
* Proven Works Council experience in the BeNeLux region
* Strong background in change management, ER, and labor law
* Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic advisory and hands-on execution
* Fluent English (essential); additional local languages are a plus
* Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating complexity
