Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
Description:
We are looking for an HR Generalist for a temporary/full-time assignment
we are looking for an experienced HR professional to ensure continuity during a maternity leave.
Your responsibilities:
* HR administration (contracts, Dimona)
* Answering employee questions
* Verifying benefits and payslips
* Coordinating with payroll service providers (Securex, UCM, Neoviaq)
* Payroll processing
Desired profile:
* Excellent command of French
* Knowledge of Belgian legislation (Luxembourg = an asset)
* Experience in payroll and PC 302 Horeca is a plus
* Available for occasional travel to Luxembourg

Payroll Management & HR Administration
* Do you have experience in payroll processing, Dimona declarations, contract management, and collaboration with payroll service providers?
* What tools are you proficient in (e.g., Official, UCM)?
