Construction Site Administrator – Fluent in English & French
Location: Mons, Belgium

We are seeking a Site Administrator who is fluent in English & French for a leading international construction and engineering company, to be based in Mons, Belgium. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration and on-boarding of direct employees and supply chain partners.
Administering social compliance software, registration and administrative reporting as required.
Assisting project management team in establishing local supplier relationships and proactively managing these relationships.
Management of staff timesheets and recording of hours and materials delivery.
General admin support to the project management team as required.
Preparing reports for the project management teams.
Office administration – keep office supplies up to date and the co-ordinate the efficient running of the site office.
Troubleshooting IT problems as required.
Procurement/Cost control – support the wider team with the delivery strategy of the project.
Other general ad-hoc office duties as required for a busy construction site office.
Necessary Requirements:
Fluent in English & French (written and spoken)
2+ years' construction experience /site experience and system administration
Computer literate; SAP or other purchasing/software experience advantageous
Excellent IT skills with experienced in managing inventory systems and data scope bookings
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
Highly motivated and detail-oriented with a commitment to professional standards
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate across multiple project stakeholders
Proven ability to multitask and liaise with different management teams in a fast paced environment.
Additional Details:
Location: Mons, Belgium
Start/Duration: Nov 2025 – March 2027
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
