This role in summary At KitchenAid (part of the Whirlpool corporation) we are looking for a CRM lead that will help us to reach a set of goals such as the growth of our database, achieving revenue, further enhancing personalisation, segmentation and being the driving force behind enhancing this valuable channel. This role is not here to "just manage newsletters". The ideal candidate has a passion for CRM and is able to combine that with business acumen. Your responsibilities will include Own and build an end-to-end CRM strategy to grow our database, revenue, CLTV and set and achieve clear KPI's. You don't do that alone as the role is supported by a CRM specialist and we work with experienced agencies; Lead (and experiment) in automation, personalization and segmentation; Own and govern our tech-stack including vendor management; Stay keen on trends and developments what impact your field; Collaborate with E-com, Content, Brand, IT and local marketing teams; Translate data into actionable insights; Safeguard governance and compliancy Most important : You are a teamplayer. We manage all our core digital work internally and are supported by high quality agencies to help us achieve our goals. There is a strong collaboration with different stakeholders and teams (data, content, ecom and crm) frequently blend together. In our team, you will not only see your own track, but you will have the opportunity to explore and see different aspects of digital marketing and what it means to work for an iconic brand as KitchenAid. Minimum requirements 5-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty or marketing automation; Experience translating strategy into direction for teams (directly or indirectly); Hands-on experience and strong technical understanding of CDPs; Strong analytical mindset and comfort with segmentation, dashboards and performance insights; Familiarity with GDPR and best practices for data governance and compliance; Fluent English, with Dutch or French as a plus; Experience with Salesforce or comparable tool Experience in B2C and ideally domestic appliances What we offer Join our well-structured and consolidated team at KitchenAid, where collaboration and excellence are deeply valued.
